The text is laid out in letterpress script type, with certain words highlighted in other type. The text and facsimile signatures are surrounded by a decorative border including the seals of the thirteen original colonies as well as the national seal. Not in Bidwell's American History in Image and Text, though similar to other Humphrey Phelps printings such as 4n, 14, and 21--all with a Washington portrait in place of the national seal found here.
