The first in the exquisite, three volume series "Die Quelle" [The Source], featuring Secessionist designs by three of the movement's biggest names: Carl Otto Czeschka, Max Benirschke, and Koloman Moser. This first volume is dedicated to "all sorts of thoughts in vignette form." The thirty plates contain Czeschka's illustrations, drawings, ex libris and menus, appearing several to a page, in black-and-white accented with a single color.
