Printed calendar / day planner and loose production sheets comprising one signed original illustration (which appears for the May month entry) measuring 90x76 mm; 3 1/2x3 inches on 10 1/2x8 1/4-inch sheet, four folded leaves with Folon's manuscript indications for suggested alternate images, which are printed and included, and 9 printed illustrations, some of which were included in the published calendar, a few of these bear measurements and one captioned "November" in Folon's hand.
