Bristol B1224 lists three issues based on the lines of corrigenda on the final page (1, 6, or 7 lines). This appears to be an unrecorded later issue with 5 lines; it includes the additional note on the number of pastors by state which follows the corrigenda. Evans 5136; Sabin 94918. One other copy known at auction since the 1886 Brinley sale (Swann, 21 May 1998, lot 157).
