(EAST ASIA.) Two albums containing 79 examples of Asian drawings, watercolors, etc. [with] A Joseon dynasty pen and ink drawing. Almost all are Japanese, but a few Korean and Chinese examples are included. All examples firmly mounted into the small folio format accordion style albums and virtually all with paper labels clipped along the top edge of the albums identifying the particular school of art represented and the century of execution (Kanga, Maruyama, Nanga, Kano, Tosa, etc.). Includes landscapes, natural history studies, a number of calligraphic waka poems, etc. Some examples are quite refined but most are of secondary interest. [East Asia, 16th-19th century]
