The photographer possesses a noteworthy eye for large-scale compositions and group portraits. The images are from a variety of island locations, the last fourth of which are labeled in and around Hobart, Tasmania. Other subjects include: islanders in traditional garb, some dressed for combat and carrying weapons; sugar cane plantations and factories; group portraits in large caves.
