Additional Details

a rare poster from a black owned production company. Calvin Nicholson plays a newspaperman who exposes a corrupt local labor leader. As a result he is set up and accused of murder. Later, after escaping from prison, he heads to the cattle country out West. The rest of the film is basically a series of short episodes. This poster is an uncommon variant. Not pictured in Mapp and Kisch's Separate Cinema.
