(FIRE FIGHTING) Group of 63 photographs of fire fighting equipment, comprising 41 oversize prints of the Fire Extinguisher Manufacturing Company of Chicago's line of pumps and trailers with hoses, ladders, buckets, and push carts in addition to 22 photographs of early motorized fire trucks made by White Fire Apparatus. Silver (22) and printing-out paper (41) prints, 10x13 and 7½x9½ inches (25.4x33 and 19x24.2 cm.), the first group with the company's hand stamp on verso; the second group with various captions, photographer's hand stamps and the company's typewritten credit on verso; all are linen-backed. 1910s-20s
