Oblong folio, 8½x14 inches, Accopress card wrappers within a sturdy plain cloth National clamp binder; no tears or damages, map 26 (Ocean Boulevard between Via Del Lago and Woodbridge Road) annotated in pencil with contemporary lot pricing, each leaf with Brockway's 5-line accuracy statement unobtrusively stamped on verso and not affecting images; ownership inscription of George T. McCarthy III in pencil to the title-page. While a few single leaves of this important early real estate atlas appear on the market with some infrequency, OCLC locates only one other complete example, at the Library of Congress.
