A sweet and well-compiled photo album, apparently presented to a company salesman upon his departure from his "Old Gang."
Including 64 photographs of the Gas Station Gang, portraying fellow Salesmen, pump attendants, mechanics, and various other servicemen, clad in sharp suits or white uniforms. Many of the images depict the group as a lively bunch, goofing off on the lot, and posing with spare tires, cans of oil, fixer-uppers, automotive signage, and other props. Silver prints, the images measuring approximately 2x3 inches (5x7.5 cm.), and the reverse, mounted recto only, with colorful corners. Small oblong 4to, black leatherette with a mounted custom illustration of Les the Salesman at the Flying 'A' Gas Station, signed and dated, in ink, on the front cover; ties. 1936
