A souvenir of Frederick Douglass's Cedar Hill estate in Anacostia, District of Columbia, issued a year after his death. Includes a portrait of Douglass, two exterior views of his home (one with him standing on the steps), and one interior view of the home's library, showing Douglass with his back to the camera, offering an intriguing look at Douglass's books. The souvenir was offered for sale in the Journal of Huntsville, Alabama of 6 March 1896, giving a mailing address in Anacostia and a purchase price of 30 cents. Three of the images are recorded in Stauffer et al, Picturing Frederick Douglass 107, 142, 144. One in OCLC (Cornell University).
