number 111 of 132 copies specially bound by blanchetière. Volume 1 was sold separately by Christie's, New York, in their Illustrated Books sale on December 11, 1998. Bound at the rear are an additional illustrated half-title Inscribed and Signed by Hertenberger in 1932, a proof plate with remarques annotated by him, and a menu from a 1932 dinner at Restaurant Giroix.
