The New York-based artist L.N. Britton produced several World War One posters. This one is for the matzo produced by A. Goodman & Son, a Manhattan firm which later relocated to Long Island City. A copyright date of 1923 can be seen on the matzo box. The format suggests possible usage as advertising on a New York subway car. No other examples traced.
