This handsome calligraphic volume was created by the board of Congregation Rodeph Shalom in Philadelphia to memorialize their late honorary president Meyer Frank (1821-1911). His sixty years with the congregation included "untiring efforts" on behalf of the Jewish Foster Home, and he was remembered for the "reverent yet genial influence that radiated from his presence."
