first american edition. The second (and longer) part, David Levi's "Letters to Dr. Priestley, in Answer to Those He Addressed to the Jews," has its own title page but continuous pagination. Benjamin Gomez was the first Jewish publisher in America, issuing a handful of books such as "Christian Economy" and "Visions of John Bunyan" from 1792 onward.
