Depicting the diverse workforce within the kitchens, butcher, bakehouse, Sausage, Pie, and Dispatch Departments of the company. The album is rich with imagery of the company headquarters, as well as stages of production, including running casings on to a funnel, filling out and bunching sausages, alongside prep and baking of pork, Ascot, and steak and kidney pies. Also shown are views of the company's ornate presentation booths at various trade exhibitions. Silver prints, the images measuring 4 1/2x6 1/4 to 9 3/4x7 3/4 inches ( 11.4x15.9 to 24.8x19.7 cm.), and the reverse, mounted recto only to heavy pages, each with detailed captions, in white ink, on mount recto.
