Additional Details

Another example of the Memphis placard from the march held four days after the assassination, this one quite worn. Provenance: the sister of the consignor, who is believed to have worn the placard at the march. At the time, she was a student at University of Tennessee at Memphis, pursuing a master's degree in social work.
