Additional Details

The pictures celebrate longstanding employees, both management and labor, at this Reading, Pennsylvania factory, and was shot a couple of months before the 1929 stock market crash. Executives and workers alike shyly avoid the cameraman's gaze as they're depicted doing their respective jobs.
