number 11 of 150 copies of the deluxe edition signed by tuten and with the signed lithograph by lichtenstein. This copy purchased directly from the publishers by an employee who kept it in storage for over 30 years. In publisher's cardboard box with the original price label (confirmed to consignor by Fred Tuten). According to the publishers, Richard Kasak and the late Lyle Stuart, very few complete presentations were sold, as most people wanted the Lichtenstein litho only. The last copy of the complete work was sold at auction was in 2001 though several copies of the MAO lithograph have been offered and sold separately. Tuten gifted one complete copy to the Museum of Modern Art.
