We trace no examples of this jugate campaign print in OCLC, and only 2 other copies at auction. Very little is known about the engraver Gabriel Kaehrle, whose signature appears in the plate below the Lincoln bust; it's unclear whether he also engraved the Johnson portrait or the patriotic motifs below. He is listed in the 1857 New York directory as an engraver, and he illustrated books which were published in New York in 1860 and 1862.
