The minor repairs are to the frame. Most notable is a chip to the inner frame along the top about one inch long. There also appears to be a crack in the frame, either superficial or possibly repaired , in the bottom of the frame. The frame has been reapinted in gilt since these issues arose. There is also a small chip in the new paint in the lower left area.

The frame is wood, not plaster as described in the printed catalogue.
