Original letters, and carbon copies from, Broadway producer and director John Wilson. Wilson seems to have enthusiastically embarked on the project, only to pull out after a series of frustrating negotiations and misunderstandings. This production never came to fruition and Giovanni''s Room was not seen on the stage until a West End production in London in 1996.
