Group of 68 NASA photographs that were mostly taken from the Surveyor I spacecraft, which was the first lunar soft-lander in the earliest unmanned program to gather data about the lunar surface (needed for the manned Apollo Moon landings which began in 1969); with 3 prints from the Lunar Orbiter III. Ferrotyped silver prints, each measuring 7 1/2x9 1/4 inches (19.1x23.5 cm.), many with mimoegraphed captions on verso; some duplicates. 1966-67
