Additional Details

Disturbing photo showing the hanged body of Stacy, with a group of onlookers, including children. Stacy was hanged within sight of the home of Marion Jones, a woman who charged him with assault. While 6 deputies were escorting Stacy to a Dade county jail, they were overpowered by approximately 100 masked men. An investigation revealed that the homeless tenant farmer had gone to ask for food and that the woman became frightened when she saw his face. <
