Additional Details

A talented amateur artist's humorous interpretation of "To a Woodsman's Hut" (from Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves) and "My Voice is Still for War" (from Addison's Cato); both poems written out in full and then broken down into lines or phrases, each illustrated. The drawings (26 for the first poem, 40 for the second) attempt to illustrate literally the individual words, and the resulting illustrations have little to do with the actual poems.
