on a 1790s broadside form printed in baltimore with the act for the government and regulation of seamen in the merchants' service printed on verso. The imprint below the Act reads "Baltimore: Printed and Sold by W. Pechin, No. 15, Baltimore-Street" and on the accomplished portion of the form the date 179- has been crossed out and filled in as 1800.
