An eye-catching large and early Martha's Vineyard poster. It was likely printed for an excursion train and steamer line offering combination tickets. The Boston Globe ran daily advertisements for steamers to all of these summer vacation destinations in 1873, and continued through 1880 (when Cottage City was renamed). None others traced at auction or in OCLC.
