A cookbook with recipes arranged alphabetically. Contains 3 appendices: table service, a "calendario gastronómico" describing which produce can be found in each month, and a section on carving at the table. The plates are close copies of those found in the 1845 "Diccionario de cocina." The format is very similar as well, but the text is different. Palau 330883. Only 2 copies in OCLC.
