The longest and earliest of these works is the 27-leaf "Jesus Maria," the second edition of a compilation of papal bulls regarding the conversion of Indians. Leaves 25-27 contain "Estatutos y hechos y confirmados en los capítulos provinciales de las provincias del Peru," promulgated within the Franciscan order for use in Peru. Medina, Mexico 333; Palau 119307n. Mexico: Diego Garrido, 1621.
