Additional Details

First edition of a work on shrines near Guadalajara. The worn frontispiece plate depicts the Virgin of Zapopan. The well-preserved additional plates depict the Cruz de Tepique, and Our Lady of San Juan de los Lagos (facing pages 4 and 46 respectively). Florencia was perhaps the first notable Floridian author, born in St. Augustine in 1620.
