A controversial journal in support of the Viceroy; the essay comprising issue #11 is titled "Imposibilidad de la independencia de la America." "An important journal for the history of America"--Sabin 48269. Medina, Mexico 10698, crediting most of the essays to Ramón Roca and Florencio Pérez Comoto; Palau 11217. Includes a collective title page and prospectus. Issue #11 is only 8 rather than 16 pages, and pages 169-176 are skipped in the pagination, so that issue may be incomplete. None others traced at auction since 1986.
