An effort to regulate commerce in pulque, the traditional alcoholic beverage made from agave sap, particularly as conducted by non-Indians. The decree is undated, but dates from Pantaleon's term as bishop from 1743 to 1763. Not found in Palau or Medina's Puebla; one example traced in OCLC.
