First page, 18 x 12-inch manuscript, 2 short tears not affecting text. Second page, 25 x 18.5-inch printed form on two attached sheets accomplished in manuscript; long irregular closed tear more than halfway across the page, other short tears and irregular folds. Additional Details

The first sheet is a manuscript report of the general treasury of the bishopric covering Sonora, Zacatecas, and Chihuahua, with autograph signatures of 6 officials. Of particular interest is a detailed inventory of the gold and silver owned by the bishopric--reliquaries, chalices, candlesticks, and the like. Attached as a second sheet is a partly printed monthly treasury report titled "Estado Mensual de la Tesoreria General de Exercito y Real Hacienda de este Reyno por Julio del Presente Año," completed in manuscript, dated 4 August 1788, and signed by 4 of the same officials.
