This pamphlet includes a 3-page history of the commune's founding, its 7-page constitution, and 4 pages of "Concluding Remarks": "This cause will move forward, until it shall have banished vice and all its consequences, i.e. misery and want, from our land." The remarks are signed in type by the group's president H.R. Schetterly. One copy in OCLC, at the University of Michigan; none others traced at auction or elsewhere.
