military during the early- to mid-20th century, with planes in formation, men in combat, 3 depicting the liberation of Paris during World War II, 22 relating to the aftermath in the Pacific Theatre, and 15 prints from WWI (including a shot of bombs dropping from a plane, and a few of women; there are sequences of men in uniform fooling around, marching, cleaning their barracks, hanging out in their skivvies, and seeing the sites); 12 are matted. Silver (124) and cyanotypes (2), various sizes from 3x2 to 5x7 inches (7.6x5.1 to 12.7x17.8 cm). 1900-1945
