Additional Details

An ethereal Lincoln looks down upon a group of colored soldiers engaging German troops with bi-planes above them. The poster bears the slogan, "Colored Men, The First Americans who Planted the Flag on the Firing Line. News Item." This poster is an uncommon version of several uplift posters celebrating the contributions and gallantry of Colored troops in World War I.
