This limited edition album was prepared by Meisel Photochrome Corporation. Each image is accompanied by a short description provided by NASA historian Ivan Ertel. The images, which are both transcendant and documentary in scope, include the Moon herself, Earth rising behind the lunar surface, astronauts on the Moon from Missions 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, and 17 (including Neil Armstrong) exploring and conducting experiments, the control room, a module returning to Earth, and more. Chromogenic prints, the images measuring 10x8 inches (25.4x20.3 cm.), each inserted into windowed pages, with the captions printed, in gold, opposite. Small folio, gilt-lettered brown leatherette, with the title Apollo, on the backstrip; the edition noted as copy 115 inside the front cover. 1969-72; printed 1970s
