Additional Details

Depicts a smiling African-American--or Anglo-African--gentleman dressed as a leprechaun with all sorts of good-luck charms hung around his neck and wearing a fancy top-hat. We have been unable to find any reference to the gentleman in this photo in any of the standard references for actors, entertainers and musicians--white or black.
