Advertises a New Year's Eve performance by the blues guitarist Lowell Fulson (here misspelled) on Haight Street in San Francisco. Fulson was one of the most prominent blues musicians on the west coast. The year is not given, but New Year's Eve fell on a Sunday in 1967, and Fulson and Bibbs both released singles on the Kent label in 1968.
