Exceptionally scarce separately issued broadside real estate auction map, showing the area for sale of the present day United Nations Headquarters. 23 1/2x31 1/4 inches; folded at an early time, flattened with small areas of loss at some fold intersections reinforced with archival tissue, light toning, some edge wear, pencil annotations on recto, pencil and ink annotations on verso.
