Rare suite of approximately 50 cyanotypes of New York City subway construction, above and below ground. Cyanotypes, each approximately 7 1/2x9 1/2 inches (19.1x24.1 cm.), and the reverse, all with an inventory number, the street address, and date, in the negative or in pencil on recto; about 35 with a Rapid Transit Railroad Commissioners or variant Public Service Commission hand stamp with the date, and many with numeric stamps on recto or verso. 1901-1909
