number 2 of 125 specially-bound copies with the specimen leaves, from a total edition of 1500. Laid in are two prospectuses issued by the Chiswick Book Shop (who were given 500 copies for American distribution): a copy of the final version and a copy of the suppressed first printing, inscribed by the owners to their children, explaining that a misspelling of the shop's name as Chiswich forced the reprint. Mardersteig's inscribed calling card is also laid in.
