number 96 from an unspecified number of "first copies" created in 1958 but not completed until 1965, as indicated in a prined note on the leaf printing the name of the mill. Signed and dated Leicester, January 1969 by Mason. The following leaf contains a typed note stating that this is a Special copy of the book in which Rigby Graham made a unique original "Thread Picture." The print , an image of resting bulls, made from paper pulp and string, is bound in the rear with a descriptive sheet. Three extraneous related pieces of printed ephemera by Mason laid in. One of a few copies printed for Chiswick containing a color frontispiece.
