"Applause of Provincetown: Entertainment Magazine." Volume 1, issues 1-3, each 36 to 48 pages on glossy stock, 215x140 inches; 8½x5½ inches, plus a much more crudely produced Volume 3, Issue 2, issued without a date. Provincetown, MA, July to circa September 1981 and undated. An evocative slice of Provincetown in its early years as a flourishing gay resort town. Includes articles on disco, the release of "Polyester" by John Waters, and drag performers, along with club photos and copious advertisements. Only one listing in OCLC, a lone Issue 1 held by the University of Southern California.
