Additional Details

These come from a series titled "Views in and around Thomasville," a town on Georgia's southern border--the hometown of Lieutenant Henry Ossian Flipper, the first African-American graduate of West Point. They show a man preparing to plow in front of a small log cabin; a man driving a cartload of lumber through a town street; and a cotton press in operation.
