one of 100 hors commerce copies of the classic 1960s pop book, inscribed and presented to film director paul morrissey on front free endpaper: "For friend Paul -- Rapport galore!/Charles Henri/17 Nov 93." Spare Parts consists of Ford's famous "Poem Posters" which were creative, visual forms of Concrete Poetry that utilized marry Surrealist techniques like appropriated imagery and showcased Pop-inspired graphic design and printing. Ford met Morrissey through Andy Warhol and Gerard Malanga. Morrissey directed most of Warhol's films and co-founded Interview Magazine with him, as well as discovered The Velvet Underground.
