Group of 4 chocolate boxes, each of which is highlighted with a different original photograph of a pretty young woman: the first a Victorian lady, who is shown with a muff; the second is a naughty Flapper; the third is a professional woman (wearing a suit), who is enjoying the fragrance of roses; and the fourth is a prim society lady in a gorgeous picture hat. Delicately hand-tinted silver prints, sizes range from 3 1/2x1 1/4 to 9 1/2x7 1/4 inches (8.9x3.2 to 24.1x18.4 cm.); boxes also range in size and two are adorned with pink and lavender ribbons. The boxes measure 13x5x2 inches (33x12.7x5.1 cm.) (one), 4x9x2 inches (10.2x22.9x5.1 cm.) (2), 10x8 1/2x2 inches (25.4x21.6x5.1 cm.) (one). 1890s-1930s
