Illustrated with portraits of the first 14 presidents through Pierce, and featuring testimonials dated 1856. Interesting for the multi-colored printing alone--the imprint line boasts "Printed at ONE impression." This was also probably the only time a portrait of John Quincy Adams was used to advertise a hair product.
