Small folio, early boards rebacked and tipped with modern 19th-century style gilt stamping on spine; rehinged and with paper restoration to preliminary text leaves, scattered small clean tears to many margins and an occasional minor chip, scattered light foxing and browning, mostly marginal; specimens generally bright. Most of these printers'' journals were issued in runs of fewer than 350 copies. As many remained unbound or copies were disbound for the specimens, copies on the market are quite scarce.
