Additional Details

An Italian anarchist newspaper edited by Aldino Felicani (1891-1967), which attempted to raise funds for the defense of Sacco and Vanzetti. The title changed slightly in 1922 to "L'Agitazione: Bollettino Quindicinale del Comitato de Difesa pro Sacco e Vanzetti," and then for the last two issues to "L'Agitazione: Bollettino del Comitato Centrale de Difesa pro Sacco e Vanzetti." It was later continued through 1927 under the title "Protesta umana: bollettino del Comitato di difesa Sacco et Vanzetti," not present here. Felicani was later involved with The Lantern (see below). Scattered issues of l'Agitazione are held at the American Textile Museum Library; none others traced in OCLC or at auction. We believe this file to be complete, though as it was issued irregularly, it is difficult to be sure.
